Brad A. Myers
Founder & Lead Consultant
For the past 25 years Brad has worked as a founder, President, and CEO of several diverse business ventures with deep roots in technology within the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. He has extensive experience in growing start up and early stage business ventures in addition to leading large enterprise. He has created strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies both on a national and global level fueling extensive business growth. Brad also serves as CEO for Ohio based Ingelix, Inc. (www.ingelix.com). He was brought on to lead their national expansion through a proprietary web-based system that delivers data generated business analytics used for hiring and retaining of top performers within the workplace.
Brad also has served as CEO of a worldwide provider of technology delivered behavior analysis that reached 35 countries and 198,000 customers. He also served as CEO of a cloud based software company that led to a worldwide partnership with Bruker AXS, a division of the Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR). He further served as COO/Co-founder and President/founder of two other ventures leading them both to acquisition/merger and his successful exit.
Brad founded the Academy for Advanced Leadership Training in 2002 after recognizing that many organizations struggled with adjusting to the fallout of the national tragedy that took place on September 11, 2001. He was leading a company he founded and was also navigating extensive personal and professional challenges. Brad later teamed up with Chuck Wallace, and several other high profile national business experts, whereas he fine-tuned the expertise necessary to successfully navigate major business turn-around, streamlining, and rapid ramp strategies. In 2010 he became certified as an expert in behavior and personality analysis allowing him to offer an additional expertise on how to properly align key personnel for maximum business impact.
Brad is a highly sought after public speaker and guest lecturer where he imparts the company principle “Unity Drives Success.” He graduated from Bowling Green State University and resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife and children. He has served on many private boards and committees and including eight years in public office as a member of the Salem City Schools Board of Education serving as both Vice-President and President. He also is a credentialed minister with the National Council of the Assemblies of God and serves in interim pastoral positions assisting churches in navigating extensive leadership change, turn-around, and recovery strategies with emphasis on leadership development.
Brad also is an avid baseball enthusiast playing competitively nationwide through a number of national baseball leagues and tournaments primarily associated with the Men’s Amateur Baseball League and the Roy Hobbs Baseball Federation.

Chuck currently serves as the Consulting Advisor offering high-level business expertise to the Academy’s team of consultants. Chuck is a passionate entrepreneur and business team member who built multi-billion dollar companies such as online insurance pioneer www.esurance.com which recently was acquired by White Mountains Insurance Group (WTM:NYSE) and then Allstate (ALL:NYSE) At Esurance Chuck assisted in building them from a raw start-up into a national market leader competing against powerful competitors like State Farm, Allstate, Progressive and GEICO.
As an Esurance Co-Founder Chuck held multiple senior executive positions with concentration on leading the development and execution of Esurance's business strategy and operations. He raised $40M in Series A and Series B financings from leading venture capital investors including Trinity Ventures, Palo Alto Ventures, Redpoint Ventures and Global Retail Partners.
Upon his successful exit from Esurance Chuck served as CEO of Ustream, Inc. (www.ustream.com) in San Francisco, CA. With 30% monthly growth, Ustream.TV quickly established itself as a multi-national leader in the live interactive video broadcast space -- truly building a new market and industry. As CEO, Chuck led an international team in California and Hungary raising significant rounds of capital from leading Angel, Venture Debt and Venture Capital investors - including The Band of Angels, Western Technology Investment (WTI) and DCM.
Chuck later served as President at uSell.com San Francisco, CA. He led all groups within uSell, including marketing, customer care, operations, product, technology and finance – Chuck’s focus was on extensive team leadership development and was responsible for successfully executing the turn-around and transformation of a faltering international gold buying company -- into the leading eCommerce platform enabling consumers to safely and conveniently sell their used electronics to trusted companies. He reduced customer acquisition costs by 80%, cut operating costs by 70%, and grew revenues to a $12 million annual rate just 3 months after the uSell re-launch.
Chuck currently serves as a board member, adviser, and consultant on strategy and operational execution for multiple ecommerce, internet services, digital media, and electronic financial services companies and serves as the Academy’s consulting advisor within all these areas.
Chuck concentrates his efforts on working with the Academy’s consultants in helping them define their customer’s strategy -- and then turn that strategy into successful operational execution.
Chucks personal passions are family, community, fitness and continued personal growth. Chuck's education includes a BS in Engineering Mechanics from the US Air Force Academy, an MBA from the Wharton School, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
Amber Thorne-Hamilton Ph.D.
Dr. Thorne-Hamilton serves the Academy in the role as Consultant/Coach assisting companies in streamlining operational methodologies alongside the development and advancement of complex business models. She also is an expert in behavior analysis and leadership development.
Currently Amber serves as VP of Product Development for Ingelix, Inc. having sole responsibility of the dynamically changing algorithm unique to every ingelix customer. This constantly changing algorithm monitors the ever-changing personnel needs of an organization and adjusts the necessary staffing needs before the organization realizes the need. This process is at the core of the proven candidate hiring and employee retention analytics generated by the ingelix technology platform. Amber focuses her attention on extensive product development of the proprietary algorithm that becomes part of each customer’s unique environment that identifies their culture whereas all job applicants and employees are matched.
Prior to joining ingelix Amber served as CEO of an academy serving behaviorally challenged youths in Columbus, Ohio. She also served as a professor of entrepreneurship as well as a business coach whereas she assisted in the development and advancement of complex business models. She has extensive expertise and background in statistical and behavior analysis. Amber completed her doctorate work at Kent State University and is an avid runner and fitness guru. She currently resides with her husband in Lake Norman, NC.

Dave Mitchell, M.Ed, SPHR/SHRM-SCP
For 22 years Dave served in the U. S. Air Force. As an acknowledged leader, Dave was ranked among the top 3% of the enlisted force upon his retirement from the military. While serving, Dave led teams ranging from 5 to 75 in a multitude of international situations. During one assignment, Dave was hand-picked to lead the unit’s Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives. It was during this assignment that he began to develop his skills as a trainer and organizational development practitioner. He was certified as an Air Force Quality Instructor, the Air Force equivalent to a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dave served as an expert in leadership development, strategic planning, process consultation, and data-driven organizational change. He further served as a member of the highly selective Air Force Space Support Team, consulting with battlefield commanders of the USAF space-based technologies and capabilities.
After retiring from the Air Force, Dave continued to focus on training and organizational development where he offered his expertise for a national cellular phone provider strategically coordinating and implementing the construction of over 100 cell sites nationwide. He also led production for a Top 3 US auto maker, reducing rework on his line by 65%. Shortly after, Dave then served in a lead role and consultant for a worldwide provider of technology delivered behavior analysis that reached 35 countries and 198,000 customers. In 2006 he became certified as an expert in behavior and personality analysis allowing him to offer additional expertise on how to properly align key personnel for maximum business impact. Dave is certified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type indicator (MBTI) and DISC personality assessments, as well as other psychometrics. For over 20 years, Dave has been recognized as an expert using psychometric instruments in a variety of organizational development applications, including group processes, personal development and talent management in properly aligning personnel critical to corporate objectives. Dave has worked with companies such as: Manpower, Coca-Cola, Keller Williams, the C-12 Group, and the US Office of Personnel Management.
Dave also leads Wingman Consulting, LLC, which offers a partnership style of consulting on operations management, training, team building, process improvement interventions, and a full range of organizational development and change management. Dave currently serves as the Director of Operations for Technology Accelerator Alliance (www.techalliance2.com), a local startup incubator/accelerator in Alliance, Ohio, as well as a consultant for Ingelix, Inc. (www.ingelix.com).
Dave holds two Associate degrees and a BS in Organizational Leadership and Development in addition to a Masters of Education in Adult Education & Training with a focus on Organizational Development and Performance Management from Colorado Christian University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) alongside being a certified facilitator for the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and First Things First Management through the Covey Leadership Center.
Dave also teaches Business Management at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center in addition to Adult Basic Education for Gateway Community College. Dave has previously served in several volunteer leadership positions in local organizations and currently serves as an official for the Youngstown, Ohio Youth Swim League. Dave and his wife of 30 years have 3 grown sons and reside in Boardman, Ohio.
