For the past 29 years Brad has worked as a founder, President, and CEO of several diverse business ventures most recently within the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model. He has extensive experience in growing start up and early stage business ventures in addition to leading large enterprise. He has created strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies both on a national and global level fueling extensive business growth. Brad also serves as Founder and CEO of Ohio based Ingelix, Inc. (www.ingelix.com). Ingelix is the pioneer of Assessment Technology to identify high performance.

Brad also has served as CEO of a worldwide provider of technology delivered behavior analysis that reached 35 countries and 198,000 customers. He also served as CEO of a cloud based software company that led to a worldwide partnership with Bruker AXS, a division of the Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR). He further served as COO/Co-founder and President of two other ventures leading them to acquisition/merger and his successful exit.

Brad founded the Academy for Advanced Leadership Training, LLC in 2002 after recognizing that many organizations struggled with adjusting to the fallout of the national tragedy that took place on September 11, 2001. Brad later teamed up with Chuck Wallace, Co-Founder of online insurance pioneer Esurance.com and fine-tuned the expertise necessary to successfully navigate major business turn-around, streamlining, and rapid ramp strategies. In 2010 he secured advanced certifications in behavior and personality analysis providing him the expertise on how to properly align key personnel for maximum business impact.

Brad is a frequent public speaker and guest university lecturer where he imparts the principle “Unity Drives Success.” He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BS in Criminal Justice and currently is working on a dual Masters Degree (MBA & MMinn). Brad resides in Canton, Ohio with his wife, Nicole, and they have four adult children. He has served on many private boards and committees including eight years in public office as a member of the Salem City Schools Board of Education serving as both Vice-President and President (www.salemquakers.org).
